There are 3 categories of participation:
The route is a picturesque trail with one of the canals of the River Kaveri on one side and paddy fields on the other. Thanks to the route's proximity to the Ranganthittu Sanctuary, one can also get to see a wide variety of flora and fauna. Amidst the nature's bounty, be prepared to run on a trail that is as beautiful as it is challenging. It is one of the most gruelling marathons in India, posing obstacles like challenging trial, humidity/ heat and of course, elite competition.
